@SpencerL are there any thoughts about resending the daughter board to those people who bought a spare PCB?

So far my experience with Drop customer service over this is a $20 refund to cover my missing daughterboard and stabs. They refuse to adjust even after I explained that the pcb alone was a $32 option. I pinged @SpencerL about it a few days ago, but nothing.

@rockydbull I'm going to reach out to the vendor and see if that's possible, but it may depending on how many people ordered space PCBs. It definitely was miscommunication as they should've looped me in about fulfilling the final product without the extra daughter board. The short term and temporarily solution is to issue the credit as sending the part would require sending it overseas directly to your guy's address since technically the drop has been fulfilled in our system.

Thanks for the response and I absolutely understand the logistics difficulty. At this point while I would like the part I understand the reality of these difficulties. My rub is really with the fact that the daughterboard and stabs were not included and the only consolation I can get is a partial refund of $20. The spare pcb was $32 by itself before even accounting for stab pricing. The alternative is for me to return which is unfortunate because I like the board otherwise. I explained this to the CSR for Drop but was told $20 is a hard limit, which is the same amount people are receiving for just the missing stabilizers.
