Ugh I missed out. What was the discount on this one?

Cool.

My expectations were probably somewhat moderate given the high discount (too good to be true?), but I was still quite enthusiastic given the positive stories I read on the brand. When the pen came in yesterday, my mind was blown. This thing writes soooo smooth, I didn't even know this was possible with fountain pens. I usually write with fine nibs and this is a medium, so maybe that is part of the reason, but still: I'm amazed. Also, I noticed that the nib is little bit stubby; there's quite a bit of line variation. This might be subjective, but I love it. Presentation (huge fancy box, gorgeous pen itself) was also excellent, making for a great first impression overall. I've only written about a page so far. I'll give it a few days before I'll write up a bit of a review. Maybe when the honeymoon period is over, I'll start noticing some flaws.
