This would be my first raw denim purchase. I've done some research but still think it's efficient to ask questions here. I typically wear a 32 x 32 in regular 501 (non-cuffed), 32 is to short if I attempt to cuff. With these, I would plan to cuff them. I was thinking of ordering a 32 x 34 in the slim straight fit. Would this be sufficient? I just want to make sure they don't shrink (with proper care). I'm 6'1" 170 lbs, athletic build if that helps. My legs are long and not huge/robust but I can not fit into typically skinny jeans.

MikeMoonI think this should be ok. I would be surprised if they shrank more than 1" in the inseam. Be sure to wash them only in cold water to minimize shrinking. FWIW, the models in these photos are about 6'4" with long legs, wearing these unwashed.
MikeMoonIf you cannot typically fit into skinny jeans, these will not likely be any different. I'm 6'2 and 180lbs, mostly lean. I'm relatively familiar with raw and selvedge jeans, owning several pair, and I would not consider buying these jeans unless I were seeking a very slim fit.

IanAndersonThanks for the reply and yes, always wash clothes in cold. I actually decided to measure my 501s (1-year old washed and dried previously) and they are stock 32" x 32". The current measurements are; Waist - 32" Front Rise - 11" Thigh - 10" Knee - 7.5" Leg Opening - 7" Inseam - 31". They likely shrunk a bit in some areas. They seem close to the Sage Slim Straight except for front rise. I think a pair of 511s I have likely have a similar rise but I'm not sure. I guess they would just sit a little lower? Do you know if these tend to stretch much? I imagine they don't stretch much or shrink much. The quality and look of these are great and that is why I'm asking questions.

Yeah and therein lies my worry but this seems to be more of a slim than skinny jean and I've fit into 511s fine, maybe slightly tight on the thigh. I'm actually little lighter right now as I workout outside and have cut back on squat weight and my BF% has dropped. After measuring my 501s, I was surprised that these measurements were very close to the Sage Slim Straight.

MikeMoonThese jeans from Sage feature sanforized denim fabric, which basically means it won't shrink much or at all (usually no more than 2-3% in the first couple of washes). As far as stretching goes, raw denim tends to stretch everywhere where it feels tight, mainly the waist where you can see up to 1" of stretch after weeks of continued wear. The fabric softens up and "opens up" as you put the jeans through those first weeks.
