Did anybody figure out which crystal we need for the Y1 spot?
I'm glad we were already issued a refund for this, but I'd still like it to work.

Kris_KThanks Kris. Funny thing was, they contacted me again and told me they were going to send an entire replacement kit. I told them I just wanted the missing crystal. They responded and said this kit was no longer available from the manufacturer and to check with Massdrop as you were issuing a refund. I did receive an email notification from Massdrop as well.
Just strange, they dont seem to have their act together. I also noticed Massdrop is running another campaign for this manufacturer for a different “assembled” kit. Hmmmmmm.... 😁

My order shipped completely un-assembled. The product listing said I would not have to solder this together, which is why it appealed to me. I do not have a soldering iron.
Massdrop, what are you going to do about this? The product arrived late, and did not arrive in the condition advertised. Will we get refunds for this?

How about an update for your customers on what you're doing to make this right?
Do not leave this to your supporters to figure this our on their own. I'm sure that many, like myself, will never order from you again if you "drop the ball" in this situation.
You cannot run a storefront with no trust or accountability.

WTF, Massdrop? This isn't what I ordered. It's missing the power supply and not soldered. The packaging and delayed shipping are piss poor, to boot. Will Massdrop be providing refunds for the crap we received instead of what was described? I'm sick of this shit. You hold our funds for however long it takes to ship, then send incomplete kits on top of everything? I want my money back.

Same issue here. Received a bunch of parts to solder onto the board. Also my PCB had what looks like grease or oil on the bottom chunk of it. Disappointing since I'll have to pick up a soldering iron.

Well, I just received my "kit", and let me tell you , it IS a kit. A bunch of parts thrown into a bag, no specs, no instructions, nothing but a bag o' parts. Dropped shipped from a place in Vegas. I guess that tells me the assembly will be a real gamble..
Oh, and by the way, the description on this drop says " Because the lights have been soldered to the mainboard, all that’s left to do is install the included screws and pads. ".
Uh, no. Everything is loose, NOTHING is assembled. I'll figure it out, but it certainly wasn't what I expected.
