We asked for an update as to why we haven't received tracking, or our order yet, and we were notified earlier today that our distributor didn't receive the shipment that they were expecting so they didn't ship anything out. To add to our disappointment, they also told us that they're not expecting their next shipment "for weeks, or longer", which is clearly unacceptable.
Since it's the first time working with them, we didn't wire the money to them until we received tracking or the parcel. So we still have the group's money. We've got a couple of other possible suppliers that we're going to reach out to in the next couple of days. If you're anxious, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily refund you and cancel your participation in the drop. Otherwise hang tight while we find out what our other sources say and we'll do our best to get them fulfilled for the group.
