IanAndersonThat is completely understandable. We have seen here that the suppliers / vendors sometimes do mix up a few of the orders. Even though not your fault, I have also seen people lashing out at you guys for it. I was one of these guys on the first K7XX drop, if I'm completely honest. But your customer service is awesome (as you guys proved), and I've stuck with you for it, but I know that not everyone does after even a single sour experience.
I understand the caution, and I think it's a good idea to test the waters before placing complex mixed orders with the vendor too.
Maybe for a future drop offer more products? I don't mind if there are multiple drops in short succession with these products, maybe this one for cream and next one for wax and / or suede products, but the shipping fee (10% of the total for this order) kinda bites. For instance I would've loved buying a Reno, a couple cream polishes, a couple wax polishes, maybe a suede protector together rather than in separate drops because of the shipping fee. Otherwise, I really really don't mind there being separate drops, and even with the shipping fee factored in these are good prices that I haven't seen elsewhere. Just a thought.

The only reason I didn't offer all of these products at the same time is that it greatly increases the complexity of the group order. Lots of different products at different prices bundled differently can do a few things - it can increase the time needed to process the order, it can increase the potential for mixups, and it can increase the cost (more complex orders cost more to package up because of all the matching of different items). That said, I'm happy to hear your ideas on how you'd like to see Saphir products presented here, what products you'd like to see, etc. This was how I thought I'd first offer the brand up but I'm totally open to suggestions.
