Update...
I contacted Saxx and they were sorry to hear about the issue and are willing to help.
BUT - the product is no longer one of their offerings so I cannot exchange it. I can get a credit toward something else but who knows what the shipping will be and that gets me into an area where I have to decide if it is worth it or to cut my losses.
That brings me to a new point and the most bothersome so far.
With the goofy fit & sizing and the fact the items are no longer offered by the vendor I have to assume that (Mass)Drop has been used - knowingly or not - as a clearing house for junk product.
This will factor heavily on my decision to continue to use this site moving forward.
