Two years of research and development went into the making of Stratanium, SCANPAN’s new-and-improved nonstick coating. Consisting of five layers, in which hard particles interlock to reinforce the nonstick, Stratanium is 50 percent stronger than the previous coating. You’ll find this new coating on the Pro IQ series., available here in a wide range of sizes to suit your needs. Compatible with all stovetops (including induction), these pans can even be placed in the oven up to 500 degrees. Each one is made with a squeeze-cast base designed to eliminate hotspots for even cooking throughout. Rounding out the pans are the polished stainless steel handles.
