The hand-cast aluminum body heats up evenly across the whole surface to help you control the heat on finicky foods like fish and eggs. What’s more, these pans are compatible with all stovetops (minus induction) and oven safe to 500 degrees. Fastened with rivets, the stainless steel handles provide a secure hold from the stovetop to the table.
