Bought a bunch of these (3 sets, flexible and fit heads). Packaging was nice and simple. On the outside, the product looks clean and easy to use. It looks a lot like the usual intraoral cameras at dental clinics. The app for the device is pretty straightforward. However the video quality isn't as good as in the advertisements. There is an occasional lag in video transmission. It's like using an old webcam. Tried hooking it up to an iPhone 6 plus as well as an iPad mini. Will try with an iPad Pro but I doubt the quality will change much if the camera is the limiting factor. The tip of the flexible head can get hot even at the lowest setting. So yes, it can be useful if you put it down drains as in the videos. Inside body crevices... it might get uncomfortable. (Endoscopes are used for peering inside body cavities in case you were wondering why I'd say this). I tried with my hand forming a circle about half to 1 cm around the head and I could feel the heat even at low light settings. The heat is likely due to the LEDs at the tip of the scope. Actual endoscopes have the light source outside the scope itself and light is just bounced to the tip using mirrors, fiber optics, etc hence no heat at the working end of the instrument. As for the fit head used for examining your teeth as in the videos, it's one thing when your dentist holds it for you and points it at the right tooth. When using it on yourself and manipulating the device on your own, it can get a bit tricky. If you're a medical professional, you know what endoscopes and intraoral cams are like. These are nowhere near the quality of that. Acceptable video quality but not great. Basically you get what you pay for. I was curious about the focus head as I wanted a cheap tool that provides a directly vertical perspective for when I open mechanical watches or practice microsurgery but the literature on zoom and focus was inadequate so I didn't bother purchasing it.
