Hi All,
These were dropped off earlier today. Old tracking was removed and new tracking was added (Please allow 48 hours for these to get into UPS's system). The shipping speed to you all has been expedited and partial refunds were applied.
We understand the delays and lack of updates for some of the tracking numbers was very inconvenient. We will work with the relevant parties to ensure that future drops for this product are much smoother.

Any new updates? Shipping a microphone in today's high speed shipping environment should take no time at all, it's been two months. Being a business owner myself, if I ever fell through this badly, even if it was the fault of somebody else I would take responsibility and make the situation right. A $15 refund for the ring around and wait your customers have had to go through is almost laughable.

Holy Shit! I actually got a mic today.....only a whole 2 days after the last possible day I could use it for projects this spring. This is awful MD, almost 2 full months since I committed to this drop. I want to recommend the site to people but experiences like this make it hard to. Please never use this vendor again, it isn't hard to ship merchandise around the US.

Doomonu, you are in the same boat as a lot of others. They only electronically sent shipping label info to the USPS. The units were never handed over to the USPS for delivery. The lack of honest and timely information on this transaction is disturbing. I tried contacting "customer support" here with no reply yet.

rob61Yeah I'm in the same boat as Doomonu. It says a shipping label was created on the 14th. And that's it. I'm like getting to the point where I'm about to just ask for my money back if it doesn't ship soon.
An update for the group, thanks to the vigilant members of the community we were made aware that a handful of units did not display tracking after our vendor confirmed that all shipments were picked-up and on the way. Our vendor confirmed with their shipping partner that everything was picked up and accounted for, but it looks like somewhere between pick-up and arrival at the distribution center a few shipments were misplaced or mishandled. The vendor has asked the shipper to look into this, but we have yet to hear back. Since this is a slow process, our Pro Audio team has been diligently sourcing units from other vendors and we should be able to ship another batch before the end of this week.
Due to the support of the community our vendor is offering a $15 partial refund for the inconvenience to all affected members. Since only a handful of orders were affected please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support and our team will look into your transaction and make sure the refund is applied and another order is shipped when our new vendor is ready to go.

I understand your frustration with this drop and will do my best to make sure everything is taken care of ASAP.
The Mics that were scheduled to ship on the 13th (These were for people who didn't have tracking uploaded) did ship and are on the way for sure. I just checked tracking for those orders again. The affected batch that seem to be having shipping issues are for the customers who had tracking uploaded around the beginning of May. We are working on those units and are talking to those customers.

HassanSMy tracking information shows that a USPS label was created in the middle of April, but there hasn't been any sort of tracking update. I've already contacted support about it, but haven't heard anything back. Could you check on my order?

So... has all of the other orders shipped yet? You said you would update the group as soon as they are on there way. But it has been 2 days and you told us they would be shipped yesterday, just curious on there expected arrival.
