View Full Discussion Quick update for the group, we unfortunately have some less than stellar news that was passed on to us earlier today by the vendor. The freight forwarder chosen by the vendor has "misplaced" the shipment of 10 filters. They are sending a tracer, which will be used to look at all steps the shipment went through in order to find the bulk order.
This is unfortunate and unacceptable and we are currently looking at other vendors to fulfill your orders. In addition to this we are also looking at comparable products that are ready to ship to the group as well. We will have a clearer understanding of all options for you by Monday morning.
