With storage options ranging from 240GB up to 1.92TB, the drive features a SATA 6GBs interface and eMLC NAND technology to handle major workloads of mainstream PCs and laptops. It offers sequential read speeds up to 560 MB/s and write speeds up to 300 MB/s, so transferring large files is quick and easy. A sustained random read IOPS of 96,700 significantly boosts the performance of read-intensive applications, such as boot, operational databases, and customer-facing web server applications. Finally, the drive has end-to-end data protection and built-in error-correction algorithms for enhanced security, and also comes with power-loss data protection (PFAIL) to prevent loss of data in the event of an unexpected power outage.
