It has lots of features and holds a long charge. I bought this to use alongside a few portable synthesizers and it really adds to the fun of exploring new sounds on the go. Obviously, it's billed for electronics troubleshooting but I typically wouldn't use it for that over my 20yr old desk Oscilloscope. I would agree with others that the responsiveness and somewhat cumbersome controls don't place this ahead of a desk scope in any category other than mobility.
