I picked up the DSO Touch (slightly fancier than this) not that long ago. I don't have much experience with oscilloscopes, but from what I can tell these are relatively noisy and low bandwidth. It's probably enough for basic RPi and Arduino hacking, and low voltage automotive tasks.
As far as documentation goes, there are tons of YouTube videos for the Nano V3, that's a great place to start. It seems like not many have the Touch model I purchased though, not many videos for me.
