An update for the group, the order was received by our warehouse late last week. Our team has begun breaking down the bulk shipment into individual orders. People whose order will ship should receive an email with tracking between today and tomorrow.
Upon receiving the order our team realized that we were short some units. We have contacted the vendor and they are working on preparing the shipment. We will make sure to update you as soon as the order ships.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable for the people who will be affected by the short shipment. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions).
