Currently, I'm a little confused why $65.99 should be cheap. An equivalent rpi3 starter kit on amazon costs in my region the same (62.99€ ) without any shipping cost and tax. Also it includes a better power supply (2.5A), which is recommended for rpi3, longer cables, and head sinks. Am I missing something?

illuxioEverything else? Just kidding.
It's Seeed, the same bundle costs 74.84€ according Seeed's website. $65.99 is right now 62.51€. Shipping not taken into consideration. They cover worldwide shipping at no additional costs, apparently. As for the answer to your question, really no idea, my best guess would be they manufacture the board themselves, but a google search gave me nothing.
And a friend told me Seeed is generally more expensive but didn't say why. So I guess my best answer would be, it's Seeed.
p.s. I replied because it doesn't look like anyone will reply you, I'm still waiting for a reply.

illuxioI'm with you. It does seem really expensive. I just bought a starter kit from adafruit for $50 that included the better power supply, heat sinks, and a cooler case. The only advantage to this bundle is the OS is preinstalled on the SD card. I'm also puzzled as to why they include a USB WiFi adapter, the Pi 3b has 802.11 N built-in.

mobesIt's a bit silly really, the OS is really easy to put on the micro SD. As for the adapter, the built-in WiFi encounters problems with a certain OS, if I'm not mistaken.
