Seiko 5 SNKK Automatic Watch

Smaller than most sport watches, but just as sleek, the Seiko 5 SNKK Automatic looks good with a suit or a vintage leather jacket. The stainless steel case measures just 38 millimeters, housing a mineral crystal. The dial features lumed hands and slim, lumed indices with Arabic minute markers just inside of them. The outer edge of the dial has a two-toned arc from 12 to 4 o’clock with grooved notches for each second. The resulting aesthetic is similar to a fuel tank indicator, which adds to the sportiness of the piece. The bracelet, too, is a mix of polished and brushed stainless steel, and the crown is positioned at 4 instead of the traditional 3. Also of note is the day-and-date window with both English and Arabic days of the week. Thanks to Seiko’s 7S26 21-jewel movement, the watch packs a 41-hour reserve.
