Well, my watch is running 3 minutes fast a day, this is well out of spec. Contact Massdrop customer support and receive the most unhelpful and uncaring response ever...
Okay, you want me to contact the vendor but I have no information on them... Was it Seiko Japan? Seiko USA? another vendor?
Is massdrop customer service normally this bad?
