Well, it looks like Massdrop will exchange my watch which they sent me defective. Massdrop is making me pay return shipping for their defective product however... Is that normal? Send you a defective product and make you pay to send it back for exchange?
At this point, it would have been cheaper to buy it on Amazon where they will pay for the return when they send you bad product.

WinzzyMy experience with massdrop is that they usually issue you a paid for return label.

Shazb0tThe person working with me has been confusing me beyond belief... their initial response was that I had to contact the vendor, despite the drop page saying differently. Then they corrected that but said I would have to pay postage... the label did print however...
Hopefully, the replacement comes in quickly and works.
