Another quick update. We just received word from our warehouse team that nearly all individual packages have now shipped out and are on the way to you.
Unfortunately, during the fulfillment process, our team was made aware that a small handful of units were damaged during inbound transit. Rest assured, we are working closely with our vendor to resolve this hiccup and replacement units will be en route to us shortly.
We will keep a close eye on the inbound shipment and update you all again as soon as these arrive at our warehouse.
We are still so thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/2 or earlier if anything comes up.
