For those who already have this particular piece, do you mind comment on the hardlex crystal? Given it's dome shaped, will it attract scratches?

SetantaI personally really like Seiko's Hardlex. It's a whole lot more durable than the standard mineral crystal found on a lot of watches (which was easy for me to get scratches on). I have lightly hit the crystal of both my Seiko monster and Cocktail time on stuff quite a few times and it is still scratch free. That being said I've read other people have got scratches easily so ymmv (this has not been my experience). I've had my cocktail time for over a year and there is no scratches so far on the crystal, though I've been pretty cautious with it. It isn't as scratch resistant as sapphire for sure but Seiko wanted to go for the extreme domed look which is difficult to do with sapphire. I hope this helps!

jchandyIt does... and doesn't lol - I probably shouldn't buy it, since I've gotten a number of things recently, etc... thank you for your input =)
