sterlingsamI like the gold brown, but if you want a bit more formal I'd go with the darker brown.
I went with a Hirsch Duke in blue. Even swapped the seiko deployment buckle. It looks great.

I bought this watch in the recent drop and am interested in swapping the strap for either of the following:
