Probably a great watch for the money -- but a fair heads up from someone who has been wearing one for at least 2 years: they keep terrible time. Mine is usually ~5min slow over the course of a work week. As long as you generally just give rough times; "quarter to", "half past", etc.. you'll be fine. If you need it to remain accurate for more than a few days at a time I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
There's also quite a bit of conflicting info RE: water resistance.
Seiko has several models with MUCH better movements that are are almost identical to this one aesthetically. One was just recently on MassDrop and I stupidly passed it up.

EDIT: FWIW I paid $44 (inc tax&ship) for mine in 2014.

thomascjI think that movement has a spec of something like -15 to +25 secs/day. 5 mins/week is too far off. A very common reason for watches that run far out of spec is due to magnetization. Get yourself a "watch demagnetizer" off Ebay--I see them as low as $7. When I get a new automatic and I see it running out of spec straight out of the box, the demagnetizer always fixes it.

thomascjI've had this model for 2 years now. It does occasionally lose a couple of minutes, but I usually don't need to adjust it more than once a month. For the most part, it paces my iPhone's timekeeping with few or no problems.
I've also had no problems with water resistance. Nothing serious, mind you, but I recently took a lot of pool time while on a long tropical vacay. Still tight as a drum.
I paid $56 for mine on Amazon. I wear this one to work, and I have the SARB065 Cocktail Time for dressup.

thomascjOf course it is more accurate. The one you linked to has a QUARTZ movement. Not really a fair comparison
