The first mechanical watch I ever bought was an SNK805. I still love it. Small, light, and easy to read. I'd suggest getting an aftermarket NATO or a small leather strap for it. I put my SNK809 on a Hadley Roma oil-tan leather strap. Very nice. Also a fan of the Hadley Roma alligator leather http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001F0PU0E.
