personally have had this watch for about a year. Can't say anything but good things about it. I was temped to chime in on some of the kinetic seiko watch drops I saw going on in the last month at a higher price to tell people wtf they are doing not getting this version instead. I find it keeps the time very well with little need for adjustment. Out of all my watches I would say this style is the easiest to read at a glance. It is a little on the smaller side for your typical mens watch, but also light and comfortable.

enlight10mentkinetic is good for some things hence I wear in place of auto sometimes, they have a much longer power reserve so can be left longer off the wrist without stopping for one, which is something I NEED at times. Also quartz is accurate without adjustment for a much much longer period. Autos will fluctuate by 5 to 15seconds a day in my experience and that is way out compared to quartz. Even good movements still lose/gain and which depending on few things including left of night face up/down or side on crown up/down.Autos to kinetic are apples to oranges imo, both have good and bad. No offense I just find the kinetic/solar quartz camp vs auto camp arguments miss the we have different requirementsi n different situations.
