I got this watch from the last drop and I'm quite happy with it. While I needed to replace the strap (it's not long enough and I kind of want a velcro band), the watch itself is quite nice. I've been wearing it on and off for the past few weeks and I have no complaints. It looks quite functional yet is also stylish. And yes, in the dark it's quite visible!
Bottom line: Good watch. Cheap. Functional. Looks good.

DynomuttDynomutt, what kind of velcro band do you use? I'm on a keyboard all day so normal buckle clasps drive me nuts. But I can't seem to find a velcro that I like either. I used to have one back in the 90s that was great, but I can't remember the brand.

CDNGuyI can't comment on velcro, but I really like NATO straps because they get out of your way. I can't stand things on my wrist, but I do like wearing a watch. I have the black version of this particular watch, and it uses standard 18mm straps. NATO straps are thin and breathe pretty well. The buckle piece sits far enough past the inside of my wrist that it doesn't bother me.
The strap that comes with this watch is thick and short, and I decided to remove it the first day I got it.

CDNGuyHere's a velcro band that comes in 18 mm (that's the size you'll need). Honestly, I'm still in the market for a velcro band. Right now I'm using a cheapy buckle clasp strap while looking for a velcro band that fits. Well actually at this point I'm just looking for A velcro band that I don't have to buy online.
(I used to have a G-Shock and I replaced the rubber strap on it with a Tech Swiss velcro strap. Worked for YEARS until ... well .... there was this pub crawl .... and Super Plumber was heavy so when he jumped off a roof ....)

DynomuttOh, and I did find the brand of band I used back in the early 90s. http://www.silverfoot.com/collections/watchstraps/products/silverfoot-watchstrap-regular
I may have used one of these as well. https://www.chums.com/watchbands
They're a bit thicker than a NATO style band, but no plastic or metal. Thems the parts that dig in and drive me nuts. Great in the field, wash up really well too.

CDNGuyThanks dude! I'll try one of those since I can't seem to find anything suitable here. Well, to be honest, I haven't tried TOO hard .... Might need to go shopping this weekend. :D
