I suspect all that had something to do with the short duration of the drop. They're not the best with details/numbers/specs/pricing/web-design. But other than that stuff, they're great!

The Js do usually go for more than the Malaysia watches. Not that it explains your issue, just pointing it out.

LeftybfhrggI don’t buy Js unless I have to (or unless I have a good reason). I don’t believe there’s any appreciable difference between them and others (Malaysian), especially on the low-end. I would obviously be willing to pay more for a JDM only watch, as there aren’t other alternatives. $130 isn’t a bad price here, but $99 would get me off the couch faster.

RayFI've bought a few watches from him. Picking up a pretty blue Citizen automatic dress watch tomorrow. It was sent to my billing address, 45 minutes away. I tried my best to leave a not nasty post on his video, but the chapter ring on the first watch was HIDEOUS! And I can't agree on his assessment of value, though he's a businessman and I don't expect him to torpedo his own products. Nearly, and over, $300 for an updated movement with Hardlex, hollow, folded links and a crummy clasp? With tilted chapter rings and only decent looks? No thanks...

RayFOh, and I was dangerously close to buying that SNZG13J1 today. I'm glad I didn't. Look what a friend sent me today....

It is a quartz, but I'm kind of happy about that. This will give me 2 quartz in my collection and that's what I wanted. I love the all silver hands and numerals. It has lume on the hands and indices, haven't seen it well yet. It shimmers under the double done sapphire crystal and is the perfect size, at 42mm with a fairly compact lug to lug. I have great friends. Alas, no J for me...
