Is there a cheaper way to get into a perpetual calendar movement?

DmanjapanYou make a good point. We should at least be entitled to a refund of the unused portion—in the afterlife.

Those lugs are kind of out there, but I like this. Tempting!

BenTWPSeems we could put that concern to bed if we could find a wrist shot!

SusanAAwesome, thanks for the instructions! A little dorky Casio G setup style but once done should be ok for a while. Do do you know by any chance how long is a battery supposed to last?
CosmaracoareHello! That battery life is approx. 4 years.

Anybody know what is the crown at 1pm good for? Also so how long would the battery last? Overall not a bad watch - I was looking to get a Bertucci superclassic - titanium body/ sapphire glass / simpler quartz mechanism and it goes for 200 w nato strap.

CosmaracoareYou mean that unexplained, un-noted PUSHER at 1:00 o'clock? I'm a little curious about that too. Maybe @SusanA can shed some light on the subject?

If they just put a Normal Case and was an Automatic,I think this could be a Home Run.The “Shoulder Pads” Make it an Interception instead of a TD,IMO.I Really like the Hands and overall look of the Face.First they discontinue the SKX,Now this.Basic is Classic for Me.Companies Really Overthink Sometimes.

I’ve read Shoulder Pads are coming back so many times over the years—but I’ve given up all hope. I am still wearing my bell-bottoms, of course, but I’m going to pass on this watch—even though I think it would match my pants perfectly.

RayFI would have to agree, I think the dial itself looks nice, but the lugs and grate on the date window take away from it in my opinion.

SmokeShelfMy new theory is--you have to LOVE every watch you buy--close just isn't close enough!

Would have been an extra special if it's automatic.
