fdp05Orient Defender is the better deal since it's made in Japan, this particular Seiko is assembled in Malaysia. Which style do you like better? Just get that one. I would also check out the Seiko SNZH57J1 for a retro styled watch, the Seiko SKX007J1 for a true divers watch (not just diver "styled"), Orient Mako, Ray and Mako II are well within that price range as well. I believe Seiko and Orient kind of own the $200 price range. Borealis Sea Diver is on sale for $200 right now.
