One quick question. If the watch received is defective, do I have to send it back to Massdrop for a replacement?

CliomanYep, our warranty covers defects upon arrival or any mechanical defects within 2-years. If this happens, then you can contact out Support, and they would be more than happy to help resolve the issue with you.
