Drop said it would ship on the 8th of August. Today the 18th and still nothing from them. Last time I buy anything from Drop. I rather pay a little more and get better customer service. Drop is terrible!
After many attempts to contact CS they finally replied (below). I'll be the blue guy holding my breath.
"After further discussion with the vendor, we have hopes that the shipping process will begin as of this coming Friday. If you haven't received an automated confirmation email for this order by the end of day on Friday 8/23/19 please let me know. I'd be happy to take another look for you at that point."
