I wanted to ask, is the second hand blue on both silver-dialed watches? It looks to me from the photos that only the brown strapped watch has a blue second hand.

SleepyBearYep, both the SGEG97 and the P2 version have a blued seconds hand. The hours and minutes hands are black.
