Love it!! Great design....

The crystal however is a little more prone to scratching than a better quality one - some gardening one day and I scratched it up pretty good - my fault though, not the watch. Just be careful of this fact. The watch runs great and keeps perfect time!!

I purchased this watch totally on the appearance of the face. I have never had a kenetic watch and because I have several watches, I knew this watch would need to be charged off my arm. I tried all of the suggested options but nothing worked. The charge was foe. To 5 seconds on the test and wearing if for 2 days didn’t change that. I read somewhere to wrap it in bubble wrap and put it in the dryer with no heat. I tried this, wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in the dryer with lots of towels. The towels were for additional protection. 30 minutes later, I had a full charge. So, if you find yourself in a similar situation. The dryer (without heat) seems to work fine with no apparent damage to the watch. Keeps great time as well.

This is by far the best quartz I have ever owned. Ever since owning my very first automatic watch years ago I vowed to never buy a quartz watch again, but seeing this on MD, I just had to have it. Not going to lie, I just heard about the Seiko Kinetic recently and I've been intrigued and wanting to get one and see how it performs. As always, Seiko never disappoints. For the price, looks and feel is of high quality standards and all I have to do is just wear it to recharge. Love the clear case back. If you're wondering what is the cons, I would say the noise it makes when the rotor rotates, by far the loudest I have ever heard a rotor spin, but it doesn't bother me. Just lets me know that its recharging when I hear it :)
