I still didn't received my order. Tracking page status shows shipped on September 30'th and no updates after that. Contacted support team, no reply :-(
Ordered 3 watches, my first purchase in Massdrop and turns out to be a huge disappointment.
Anyone have direct number to the support team? What will I do to get my refund?
