I got in on the last drop on this -- still no sign of it.Tracking info says label was printed over a month ago. Multiple requests for updates/assistance have gone unaddressed by Massdrop.
Indeed the Seiko drops are out of control, and/or Massdrop is in over its head.
All of the orders from the previous drop should have been delivered already. I just checked your tracking info and I haven't seen this issue before- it's pretty strange. I forwarded your transaction ID to our CS department and they will resolve it with you when we're back in the office tomorrow morning.
Still haven't gotten any info on this. I did get an email saying someone would look into it, followed by a request to complete a customer service survey. My support ticket was subsequently closed. It's been over two months since Massdrop charged me, and six weeks since my item supposedly shipped. Can someone please contact me to resolve this?
