you can technically take it apart and replace the dial yourself. but it'll be a lot of work and require a ton of specific tools. mainly to open the caseback and remove the movement. then you'll have to take the hands off and replace them after, which is no easy task without the right tools and know-how. i guess you can do it but it'll probably be cheaper and less stressful if you take it to a watchmaker. find one that seems trustworthy and passionate about his craft; shouldn't cost you too much or take that long.
