Bungalojoekinetic watch was the quart watch that use the movement of the sector that you see to generate small current for charge battety or capacitor...the battery or capacitor also quart chip circuit had a life time need to change in the future but many.....years next.
I've had a Seiko Kinetic with the 5M64 movement for nearly 15 years. Only needed repair once (and that was due to the crystal chipping on the inside). Strongly recommend. I'd probably buy this if I needed a watch, but it's hard to justify when mine is still ticking.

MD really amazes me: what on Earth is that cover picture about? Take the worst possible picture of a watch, darken some of its indexes so that the dial looks totally unbalanced, and use it as cover picture to sell a watch? Come on guys, our money is worth 5 minutes of your effort to put a decent pic up there, surely?
Seriously, this is becoming a joke...
