Anyone know the diameter of the dial itself? I'm worried that the larger than normal case may mean a larger than normal dial that I can't replace

Too big for a field, weird date placement, but I can see myself putting a different dial in and loving it.
The lume on the handset for the ?cream? watch... Can anyone confirm if the lume is cream or white? The one picture makes it look white (which is what I want for the dial I would use). The other pictures it looks almost yellow. Not sure which is the bad picture.

Too big for this style of watch. Similar but 38-40mm (Hamilton Khaki Field alternative) would sell better.

Absolutely bizarre date placement. Wtf were they thinking? Even when watches place the date at the 3 position the date takes the place of the numeral or marker. Why have a small piece of the 6 remaining under the date? I would have bought one of these otherwise.
