Seiko dive watches are community favorites for a host of reasons: They’re reliable, sturdy, good looking, and relatively inexpensive. The SRPD25 and SRPD27 are just the same. These well-built divers feature a water-resistance rating of 200 meters and a bold look that’s easy to read. Both models are backed by Seiko’s own 4R36 movement, which has 24 jewels and is capable of hand-winding and hacking. The main difference between the two watches is the strap. On the SRPD25, you’ll get a handsome stainless steel bracelet, and you’ll get a silicone dive strap on the SRPD27. Both timepieces come with an engraved screw-in caseback and a domed Hardlex mineral crystal.
