I ordered mine a while ago, but these comments about the warranty card do have me concerned a little bit. I'l have to go dig up the box and see if it was included.
What do we do if a warranty card wasn't included?

SoundprankI wouldn't worry about it. That piece of paper is basically worthless. The watch is Japanese Domestic Market issue, so that warranty does not apply outside of Japan. In fact, one of the few things not in Japanese on the warranty card is the warning that the warranty is valid only in Japan. Massdrop offers a 2-year warranty on the watch, presumably to make up for the invalidation of the original guarantee. I hope the puts your mind at ease.
