d133Nothing obvious, I emailed MassDrop at 11 am NYC time and still have not received a human reply, I received a robo email after filing my complaint. As for details, the part of the clasp that says SEIKO will not fasten it remains open. It will not click into place and stay flat.
d133It is misaligned, I shouldn't have to bend anything on a $350 watch and I am not going to. I want a return invoice postage paid and a full refund, just like any other merchant would give me.
