d133, I did receive my RMA and UPS paid postage but not before I had to, "Please send me a photo or video including everything you received including the packaging and packing slip." A hoop to get my money back, personally I would not fix anything on a $350 product, I would demand my money back. I think I am done with Mass Drop the daily emails annoy me and the quality control doesn't appear that high.
d133I realize you are not part of Massdrop. My comment about not fixing anything was to Heavy Duty with some ring being out of alignment. I have packaged and shipped back my faulty watch. Today I received an email asking if I needed help with the RMA. That was nice, but they wanted my phone number, they didn't give me a phone number. Don't call us we'll call you, at our convenience. I guess that may be better then being put on hold. My business is emergency response, what happens if I can't take their call do I get called back? What was with the photos and the picture of their packing slip? They monitor the discussions maybe they can answer these questions.
