We've continued to coordinate with the vendor and our warehouse team regarding the shipment of the remaining units and have been told that they are slated to arrive in New Jersey Monday morning. We've already prioritized this inbound shipment with our warehouse team to ensure these units are turned around and en route to you as quickly as possible.
We are still so thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 10/13 or earlier if anything comes up.
hi, i got this card from royal mail which says there was no postage paid on my shipment including customs, i get it for customs and I'm up for it.
but why no postage when i payed for shipment.?
i guess nobody saw this, i get it once product is out from warehouse its customer's headache.
