Green Bell produces possibly the best quality nail cutters commercially available in Japan, they are also about the same price to purchase domestically.
If you're looking for a manicure set, this is better than probably all of the German manufactured ones out there.
The one quibble I have is probably that there are no integrated nail files on the nail clippers (most Green Bell nail clippers have them) but not a huge deal seeing as there is a file in the kit.
