The Sennheiser AMBEO Max delivers truly immersive, movie theater-quality sound in an elegant soundbar form factor. It does this by featuring a full array of 13 separate drivers in a 5.1.4 arrangement—so, even without pairing to a subwoofer, you’ll hear audio as low as 30 hertz. Most of that power is delivered by six dedicated 4-inch cellulose sandwich drivers, as well as two top-firing 3.5-inch full-range drivers. It’s not all about low end, though, as Sennheiser has also built in five distinct one-inch aluminum tweeters to support all the definition and precision you’d want from a multimedia setup. Through on-board processing, the AMBEO Max also offers a whole host of different certifications including full Dolby Atmos support, DTS:X, and 360 Reality Audio for sound that is undeniably immersive. You can control it all—and customize to your specific space—using the Sennheiser Smart Control app, plus full support for smart protocols like Apple AirPlay.
