I mailed support about 12 hours ago but received no response. I am having issues making payment. I am dying to have this headphones, it would be a terrible shame if I were to miss this due to some mishaps.

Did they find a way to get your payment through? I bought other items on massdrop before but I got an error with this and I just contacted support. Really dying to hear back because I want in on this drop!! X(

Yes they did. The support team took about 24 hours to respond though. It is annoying that they do not tell you the reason for the error. In the meantime, maybe you can troubleshoot the problem and fix it or something...

We're not allowed to tell you the reason for the error, it's a security/credit card thing imposed on vendors to combat fraud. "Your card was declined due to X reason" gives fraudsters a chance to fix their errors with stolen cards.

Just call your credit card company and ask for that... or pay by paypal and clear it with them.
