We are working on confirming the status of the group's order with the vendor. Unfortunately the vendor has been giving us shipping dates which have been constantly changing since the drop ended. This has been very frustrating for us as we are unable to provide the group with accurate and transparent fulfillment schedules as we'd like. We will coordinate with them and let you guys know as soon as these are on the way.
We understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the headphones and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will process the refund right away.
