So I wonder when our next update is gonna be? I can't imagine they're still waiting to hear from the warehouse.
Considering the status is still at "order placed" I doubt the update will say anything but that. See my last few comments for more information.
My point is that this late in the day I can't imagine what they're waiting on to deliver the update they said to expect. Especially with all this speculation going on , it'd be nice to have an employee chime in and confirm/deny.
I understand, but that was also a factor in me canceling my order. Although I support Massdrop's as a business, I refuse to give sennheiser any of my money anymore. Giving an estimated shipping date, then going MIA for a couple of weeks, and following with a now more concrete date (which was obviously a lie) is not how you keep a business going. I get that this is at the enterprise level, but that doesn't excuse all the crap that has happened over this last month. This is an experience that will definitely change my preferences as a consumer, and I honestly can't say I will spend any money on Sennheiser anything anytime soon.
For anyone wondering if you can back out of the drop: yes you can, and it is painless. Just go to your transaction page and send a support ticket saying you would like to cancel your order. Your refund will take 2-3 business days.
These got shipped out yesterday. I wasn't surprised it missed the target. Talking about almost 10,000 bucks in product. Would you rather they ship it on the day and have orders wrong?
