Let me save you some money... I own these, have for several years. They're terrible. Move along.
(Wayyy too much bass, shrill treble, no mids, bt static noise.)

TvillGot it. So Phiaton it is for me, then. Soud-wise the Phiaton too is no match for my Radsone + TinHifi P1 combo but neckbands have IMHO greatest usability in many situations: big control buttons you can actually find without looking, no cable spaghetti, pop the bud out of your ear and it nicely drops onto your chest ready to pop in again. Great for calls, when driving etc.

VonsooWell, definitely can't give you an answer there. I'm not as into consumer tuned Bluetooth stuff (though these are especially bad), my field is more studio monitoring. I have a decent collection of IEMs and studio cans too, for Bluetooth I'm currently enjoying the new Pixel Buds.. they're relatively natural sounding due to the tuning and spatial vent. Not a brand synonymous with HiFi of course, but as many audio pros say, listen with your ears, not your eyes.

TvillThis is my go-to headphone choice when going for a walk or bike ride, or if I need a hands-Free set in the car. AptX and AAC are perfect for this headset and it’s intended use. I just keep coming back to these for those purposes, even over the three true wireless IEMs I have in the house, for about two years now.
I find every single one of your comments to be hyperbolic statements. The bass is Consumer strong, but not as v-shaped as many other bluetooth sets at this price. Different people will have different thresholds for when they feel treble passes into the territory of shrill: they aren’t in that territory for me (like certain other headphones), but then I wear all IEMs for less than an hour at a time (I’ve only listened to this one over an hour on a phone call that’s gone on for an epic saga). “No mids” is patently a joke, they’re a bit recessed but not even as much or weird-timbred like a HiFiman HE-400 (HE-400i might be less recessed, but it still sounds more “off” in timbre than this set). I hear a little “clip” when the IEM powers on, but the hiss is well below average for bluetooth headsets and barely noticeable if you’re listening for it.
I would prefer a bit more of a gentle u-shaped emphasis, and in the house or for long term listening I would pick something else. But for walking outside I think IEMs and headphones need a little extra bass emphasis, and these have been really convenient.

EvshrugWell to each his own, I suppose. From the moment I put these on, to... well today, I've disliked this set. There's consumer tuning, and then there's simply incorrect, and I lean towards thinking these are the latter. Haven't tried the Hifimans, but it's hard to compare over ears and in ears. Especially a planar vs DD. Galaxy buds can be had for ~110$, a much better option imo.
But again, just my opinions here...I've gone through my fair share of headphones, and regret buying these. Wish someone would've said "Sennheiser doesn't mean always good" and pointed me in another direction.
